CRM Send Plan
Week of Aug 5–9, 2026 (plus a Tue Aug 4 pre-send on two segments) · Consolidated view of every scheduled send across Canada, Mexico and Argentina cold-prospect campaigns, built from the CRM Mastersheet so the team is aligned on days, partners/segments and volumes before send-out. Calendar dates are derived from the Mastersheet's own tab titles (e.g. "5 Aug–9 Aug").

Reading the volume figures: only 11 of the 49 scheduled slots have a Count value entered in the Mastersheet — mostly the Wednesday first-touch emails. The rest use a named batch (e.g. "1800 (300*6) batch") without a logged number, so the 15,672 total is a floor, not the real reach. Flagging so counts get filled in before send-out rather than assumed.

Performance Report
Results from the prior CA cold-prospect send-outs, split by channel. Pulled directly from the Email and SMS CRM reports so the team is looking at the same numbers ahead of this week's plan.
Reporting window: 29 Jul – 2 Aug 2026  |  Market: Canada (CA)  |  14 sends across 2 list sources
Every batch in this window has a paired "Miss You" send fired to the same recipient list as its base offer send — confirmed by the person running the campaigns, not assumed from the data.

*The report only states the 31-Jul–2-Aug window and batch numbers, not a per-row date — dates here are inferred by mapping Batch1/2/3 onto the three consecutive days in that window (4 sends per batch × 3 days = the 12 sends reported).
Best Practices — Cold Prospect Outreach (Email)
  • Root-cause the bounce-rate gap between DB2000 Retargeting (4.13%) and DB387 (11.67%) before running further batches — confirm whether it's list quality, sending-domain reputation, or complaint accumulation.
Change in Strategy
  • Revisit creative/offer — opens are healthy but clicks are not; different comms will be sent per database and analysed.
Reporting window: 30 Jul – 2 Aug 2026  |  Market: Canada (CA)  |  4 batches, same CA DB source
This is the SMS leg of the same cold, externally sourced Canada prospect program covered in the Email report (17–25 Jul batches). Batch1–Batch4 draw from the same underlying CA DB source. Click-through is the primary engagement signal available on a cold SMS list, so batch-to-batch click-rate variance is the main diagnostic lens here.

Figures above pulled directly from each batch's XP Analytics.
Findings
  • Batch2–Batch4 click rates (2.94%–6.40% of delivered) are strong for a cold, externally sourced SMS list and trend upward after Batch1, suggesting whatever suppressed Batch1 engagement was corrected from Batch2 onward.
  • Bounce/delivery-failure rate ranges 1.41%–6.25% with no consistent day-over-day pattern, broadly consistent with the list-quality variance already flagged on this DB source in the email leg of this program.
  • Batch2 carries both the highest bounce rate (6.25%) and the highest click rate (6.40%) of the four.
Best Practices — Cold Prospect Outreach (SMS)
  • Maintain SMS bounce/failure rate under 5% as a working threshold on cold lists — Batch2's 6.25% is the one reading above that line and is worth a source check, even though click performance on that batch was healthy.
  • Confirm STOP/opt-out handling and carrier filter status per batch. Unlike email, SMS delivery failures can mask carrier-level filtering rather than pure invalid-number bounces.
  • A/B test link placement and CTA phrasing across the next batch set now that Batch2–Batch4 give a healthier click-rate baseline (2.94%–6.40%) to test against.
Change in Strategy
  • As this is a cold prospect list, comms will be sent in the second half of the week to improve open and click rates and drive better conversion.
  • Leads should be crypto friendly.
  • Meta and SEO support will help boost signups, as players will see more Zenobet presence across the web.
